I'm Shelbi Cox, founder of Zanalytics Consulting, published researcher, and someone who has spent 13+ years helping organizations make sense of their data and build systems that better serve their teams and clients.
My work lives at the intersection of data, product, and people. I specialize in analytics with deep expertise in healthcare and behavioral health, but I've worked across a wide range of industries, and I genuinely love the variety. Becoming a mom sharpened how I think about systems. When you're balancing real life, real people, and limited capacity, clarity matters. Efficiency matters. Support matters. That lived experience deepened my commitment to building tools and processes that truly work for the people using them, not just look good on paper.

Who do you work with?
Teams across a variety of industries: healthcare organizations, startups, small businesses, and growing companies. Most clients are business or clinical leaders who need senior support without hiring full time.
What kinds of problems do you help with?
Whatever your team's biggest pain point is. That might be data and analytics or product strategy, and just as often it's a stalled project, a system that isn't working, or a process the team has outgrown. I step in where things are stuck and help get them moving.
What does it cost?
It varies based on what your team needs, so every engagement is scoped individually. As a guide, analytics work typically runs $150-$250 an hour, an operations assessment is $1,500, and a mentorship session is $250. No project is too small, and I'm happy to start small and build from there, so you can see the value first before investing in something bigger.

Healthcare and behavioral health are where my experience runs deepest.
