Zanalytics Consulting ("Zanalytics," "we," "us," or "our") is a consulting practice operated by Shelbi Cox, based in Murrieta, California. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and organization name submitted through our contact form
- Details about your project or inquiry shared via form submissions or direct correspondence
- Email address when joining our mentoring waitlist or community call list
- Name, email address, billing country, and purchase history when you buy the Website Build Guide or subscribe to a plan. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored by us.
- Subscription status and billing records for customers on the All-in-one monthly plan, as needed to manage the account.
We may also automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited through standard analytics tools, if implemented.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- Schedule discovery calls, mentorship sessions, or speaking engagements
- Send you information you've opted into (such as community call invitations or waitlist updates)

- Stripe — processes payments for the Website Build Guide and subscription plans. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
- Dropbox — hosts the download link used to deliver the Website Build Guide after purchase.
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
- Calendly — used for scheduling discovery calls, mentorship sessions, and similar meetings when applicable.
- Analytics or email tools — if implemented, used in limited ways to understand site performance or communicate with customers and subscribers.
Use of AI tools
Zanalytics Consulting uses AI tools (including large language models such as Claude and related platforms) as part of creating our Guide, our website, and the work we deliver for clients, with human oversight throughout. We do not use personal information submitted through our contact forms, purchase flow, or service engagements to train AI models. If you have specific requirements or restrictions around AI use for a given engagement, please tell us before we begin and we'll note it in the project agreement.
Your California privacy rights
