I'm Shelbi Cox, founder of Zanalytics Consulting, published researcher, and someone who has spent 13+ years helping organizations make sense of their data and build systems that better serve their teams and clients.

My work lives at the intersection of data, product, and people. My deepest expertise is in healthcare and behavioral health, but I love learning new spaces and figuring out how to make the data serve the people in them.

I have a real knack for hearing someone's vision, even when it's half-formed, and turning it into a clear, executable plan. Becoming a mom sharpened that: when you're balancing real life and limited capacity, clarity and efficiency matter.
